If a person were to create their own character, they would have to fill out a template, or in this case a registration form >_> Here's a quick one.

Gender:
Classification: (speed, stealth, power etc. Limited to 2)
Weapons: (if any)
Appearance: (face only)
Clothing: (includes extras)
Abilities: (passive only)
Attacks: (active types)
